I was a bit dissapointed as I saw the quality of the videoclip. (512 kb, 2-bands vbr, windows media 9). Advice or input anyone?

After a closed screening for an international audience during the Gothenburg Filmfestival one of the spectators wanted a copy for a screening in Hollywood. She thought that the american interest might be high for our documentary. Fun!

Working with a man like Målle who all his life has been tackling media and press was not an easy task. It took us, Bo and Bengt more than 5 years to reach our goal. 5 years of laughter, frustration and anger on a person that never ever gave you an easy time. You never knew when he was sincere or when he was lying to you. All to fit his own purpose. To enhance the myth and the legend, Målle Lindberg. The gypsyboy who grew up a criminal and thereafter made a pact with God himself. What a character for a documentaryteam addicted to people living in the margins of society!

Wow! Finally it could be seen on the silver screen. At the Gothenburg 30th International Filmfestival. Målle, the preacherman, in person was in the cinema and took it all in. He had never been to a cinema before so it was a very special moment for him. The audience was very pleased and you could hear laughter as well as sobbing. Afterwards Målle played live at the cinema with a small band. They put on a short show where they played a couple of revved up spirituals to the crowds big surprise. A special night for everybody involved in this documentaryproject.
