After the World Premiere....

Well...here we are....
L.A. is tough
Our new doc short premiered on the 6th out here in Burbank at the L.A. Shorts Fest. I've been out here in L.A. ever since the premiere to get some of these things going....and take it from me....this is one tough nut to crack out here.
I'm really tempted to go back home next week. Honestly, I can say I get a lot more done film wise back home than I do out here. I'm having to spend all my time out here trying to survive vs. promoting these films and working on other projects!
Next week, The 60 Year Old Stripper has its NYC premiere at the Evil City Film Fest! Stay tuned.....

Yesterday's World Premiere of The 60 Year Old Stripper

Hey there everyone!!!
Just wanted to take a moment to give you all a quick update on our new short.
Yesterday out here in L.A., we had the World Premiere of The 60 Year Old Stripper at the L.A. Shorts Fest! It was amazing. We had a great audience reaction, and a terrific Q & A. And in 3 weeks, our new doc short has its NYC premiere at the Evil City Film Fest!

Just a quick update....
Even though this hit short is now on the internet for all to see, it's still kicking along on the fest circuit!
This month, it will be playing the Atlanta Underground Film Festival. The dates are later this month....stay tuned!

Hey everyone!
How are things?
This year has been a pretty crazy time. A lot is going on. Too much to talk about in one email...but I'll try to give you an idea....
In case you haven't heard the latest, here's a couple of updates on our hit Slamdance short Phone Sex Grandma:
The hit short's now on the internet! Anyone can see it....a free trailer's on youtube. If you go to www.youtube.com , and type in phone sex grandma for a search, the top result is our trailer from B-side to see. Also, the free trailer for the short can be seen at:

You can view the free trailer there, and also see the short there as well. Spread the word! We're wanting as many people to see it as we can!
And next week, we're making a major announcement....the World Premiere of our long awaited follow-up short to Phone Sex Grandma! This one will be our first doc short, and is sure to blow minds...and will be premiering shortly at a major fest. If you're wanting more details, email me back and I'll let you know.

And it keeps playing the fest circuit...it will be playing this month, August 25th, at the Atlanta Underground Film Festival!!!!

Phone Sex Grandma in April.....

Hey there, fella filmmakers and film lovers....
Just a quick update.....
It's amazing what has happened with this little short. Since its Slamdance premiere last year to standing-room audiences, it's played over 20 festivals worldwide. After it played Cucalorus last November, we stopped submitting the short to fests, because the feature version of Phone Sex Grandma is done. These last 6 months we have been trying to focus on promoting the feature version, but there is still a demand to see our short! We keep getting invited to fests!!! Last week, our hit short finally played Hollywood! It played to a standing room only audience at Cinespace to close out the L.A. Uncensored Film Festival. I was thrilled an L.A. audience finally had a chance to see our first film. Especially in Hollywood, where this film truly belongs. Next week, a Tennessee audience will finally get to see our hit short. It plays the Nashville Film Festival! We're still waiting to see which film festival accepts the feature version for the World Premiere of Phone Sex Grandma: The Feature. It's going to take a fest with a lot of balls! This feature is really out there; and is nothing like anybody has ever seen before.

Who Will Host our World Premiere in 2007?

Hey there friends....
Just a quick update on the feature version of Phone Sex Grandma, based off the hit 2006 Slamdance short....
Well, it's official. We got our official rejection letters last week from Sundance and Slamdance. So the feature version of Phone Sex Grandma, based off this year's hit Slamdance short, will not be premiering next month in Park City.
That's all right, though. Park City's loss is another fest's gain.
Which fest will host our World Premiere? We will know soon.

The worldwide buzz continues for Phone Sex Grandma! We had our Italian premiere last week at the Salento International Film fest. Next week, we kick off the Great Lakes film fest. Below are current updated screenings:
9/20/06 - Great Lakes Film Festival
9/30/06 - Tulsa Underground Film Festival
10/16/06 - Seattle Gay and Lesbian Film Festival
