Sometimes a film just happens when you least expect it. A short made with some friends over a weekend just doesn't seem finished. A script is written in a week with a fifteen day shoot organized before everyone takes summer vacations. (*Screenplays are easier to write when you know you're shooting.) Then things just happen, a morrocan tea set, a music composer, kaftans, a red lip necklace all arise when we need them, letting me know that Kisshui although not easy to make was meant to happen.
