More Festival Screenings! Feb 13, 2007 10:43PM

Wow. It's been a crazy few weeks. It's pilot season (i've been auditioning a lot/acting is my other job). But here are some festival updates: Method Fest, Longbaugh Film Festival, Harlem Stage on Screen, AFI/Dallas, Spaghetti Junction Urban Film Festival, Arizona Black Film Showcase and San Diego Black Film Festival. whew! it's been busy. We're very excited all of these festivals really see something in the film and we feel truly blessed to share it with them.

4th Annual Oxford Film Festival Dec 10, 2006 10:36PM

Ok. Actually I think this will be our southeast premier. Very Cool. This festival is run by really good people and they've invited our film down. I hear the town is beautiful and the fest is young and vibrant. Thanks so much Michelle. And yes. Roll Tide.

5th Annual Spaghetti Junction Urban Film Festival Dec 10, 2006 10:09PM

We'll be in Atlanta with "Surface..." and Darius (NYU classmate/great filmmaker) and his film "Testify" during April 18-22, 2007. We're excited to have our first southeast premier. Very close to home back in Alabama. This is a strong festival. If you're in the area please come out.

Queens International Film Festival Nov 19, 2006 01:18AM

We just had another successful showing in Queens, NYC! New York has been good to the film so far with screenings also at Harlem Int'l and Newfilmmakers@Anthology. Feels good to be home.

We recently attended the festival and had a blast. If you've never attended this festival please make an attempt to go next year. Our short, "Surface of Things" screened in the shorts program. Our screening was well attended, the audience was very attentive to all the films and displayed real film savvy during the Q&A afterwards. The staff was really welcoming and bent over backwards to make us feel like we were a part of a great tradition. All the way from the Founder down to the good folks selling tickets. We also had a chance to see several films and found them (all in all) compelling and well programmed. I'm gushing about this so because I've attended other festivals with the short and can tell you... they are not all created equal. This is really one of the best I've attended. And oh yes, Chicago is a mighty fine town too (and that from a new yorker).
