Film Maker's Blog

Will this film change your life? May 21, 2006 07:35AM
Only if you buy a copy for everyone you know with an interest in indie horror, "zombie" films, or trenchant human drama. "Re-invent," may be an overused positive comment for fiction in any genre, but Biophage does just that. Imagine if Ingmar Bergan had further developed his interest in apocalyptic horror (Seventh Sign almost counts as a first entry, and Hour of the Wolf is a horror film as well). That's Biophage. Stark as the black and white photography, hopeless as a prison built not of concrete and iron, but of one man's erroding hopes, dreams and passions. Only acres of Hell.

This one will stay with you, kiddies, and make you cleave tighter to your loved one, pull the covers closer to your chin.

Hey, this is my bit of shameless self promotion. Check out my movie page. It has a little trailer and if you ask nicely I can probably let you see the whole thing on a super secret website. http://audience.withoutabox.com/films/justforthedrive

Thanks,
Eric

Hey there, young pup! Charlie McCarthy always freaked me out anyway. That's not the hunting knife I gave you by any chance, is it? I hope you cleaned all the blood off of it first. Wouldn't want to cross-contaminate crime scenes, now, would we?

I seen 'em lights, too!

Trading thoughts with myself! Like, "How about some proof-reading, pal?" That's Ingmar Bergman, not "Bergan." Mmmm. Maybe a zombie movie with Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy. Syntax could use some clean up as well. This bloggin' stuff is harder than it looks. Like eatin' peas in the dark with a huntin' knife. Gotta go. There's lights in the yard.
