The Fantasy Begins

Today I've submitted by short little film "Fantasy Girl" to a dozen film festivals including Sundance and Slamdance. It's a film I shot a while ago and kept on the shelf (along with the several other short films I've created) after I realized I couldn't submit it to film fests with the copyrighted music I choose. Now, with the miracles of Apple's "Soundtrack" software, I've created a lively music accomponiment and am ready to see how this world works.
The film itself was shot on miniDV with a steadicam junior, and edited on final cut ... shot for the price of bagels for the crew. Let's see if a swift moving, innocent little ditty of a film can break into the political and financial world of film fests.
