AFI Fest Experience

AFI has been an amazing festival experience. I had two screenings, this past Monday and Tuesday and it couldn't have gone better. The audiences were enthusiastic and smart, ane the other filmmakers in my program were so diverse and varied in terms of their work and pov. I have been to many festivals in the past, but this one has been the most wel-organized and exciting. It's great to show my work in my hometown! I even got to walk down the red carpet to promote my film! I would highly recommend this festival to both filmmakers and audience members!
