Film Description:
Synopsis
Set in small town Oklahoma, When I Find Bin Laden follows Justin Cable, a man just released after being in prison for trafficking methamphetamines. As Justin returns to his hometown, he finds that being out of prison means he has to struggle to find his place in another world - mainstream life. After reuniting with an old friend (Chuck), Justin finds himself unable to resist the rush of being around the drug world he once knew. During a routine drug bust, Chuck is taken into custody - Justin narrowly escapes. As Chuck awaits his trial, Justin convinces the local investigator that he can go undercover and find the elusive dealer believed to be supplying the southern half of the state. Justin's quest to save his friend and track down the mysterious supplier - unknown even to his closest associates - forces him into a situation he never thought possible. Starring Adam Hampton, Layton Bo Cannon, and Kevin Worden.

We all had a great time this past weekend at Bare Bones International Film Festival where "The Cellar" took home the Best OK Soil Picture award. This is a great honor to be acknowledged by fellow filmmakers. We met so many other filmmakers that are in the same boat as we are. It was a great time. We also got another piece of great news this weekend. "The Cellar" as well as "When I Find Bin Laden" was accepted into the Myrtle Beach International Film Festival. We will let you know the results.
"When I Find Bin Laden" has officially been accepted into the deadCenter Film Festival in downtown Oklahoma City. We will need as much support as possible. So if you are in the area please come out and say hello and maybe even watch the screening. The screening will be held on June 8th at 7:00pm at the Harkins 16 downtown. We are very fortunate and pleased in the venue. Hope to see you there!
"When I Find Bin Laden" premiere was an overall success. We had 215 plus in attendance. The most rewarding part was the feedback and critiques given even if they weren't all positive. Asking an audience to sit down for an hour and a half and view something that you put your heart and soul into is nerve racking, humbling, exciting, and exhausting. Not to mention the vulnerability, wow. I hope that I can receive more and more criticism about the movie as time passes and people think about what they experienced. Every comment matters.
