Since 1985 the CA Lottery has distributed more than 21 Billion dollars in winnings. Over 200 Million dollars in Santa Clara County alone. While the masses dream of winning they are but mere witnesses to those who win millions on the lottery... more than once. This is the story of a select group of the masses and how they deal with it. The setting is a Yuppie lounge in the late 1980's when the 286 pc's were being replaced by 386's and the lottery was just a few years into the program. A man jumps up and announces he and his wife have just won the lottery and shouts to the bartender 'Rick, drinks all around' as he signals with his finger the circumference of the couple's table. One month later the same scenario.. again he has won and again he indicates to the bartender the circumference of his table? Three months later there is a confrontion among party goers at the lounge and just when things are getting heated up.. ' I won the lottery, woo hoo! Rick drinks all around this time indicating with his finger pointing up and actually buying everyone drinks...
