Director, David Stearns, leaves home at the age of 8 after being completely upset over how poorly his father shot his younger sisters birthday party. Now, over 15 years later, he's back he wants to make things right for his sister. He sets off to shoot the first ever 'Happy Birthday' music video with world renowned acting super star, 'Dexter Chilton'. Only, Dexter refuses to be apart of it. After promising this big name star to the production, David secures financing to get into production. When Dexter doesn't show they pull the plug on him. He must continue forward and complete the video for his sisters Birthday with his trusty assistant director 'Hans', and his lazy man cinematographer, 'Gabe', they set out to make the greatest birthday video ever made.
