The Undercover Man is the story about how one woman decides to take on a system bent to get her. Diana LaCharm is no angle but she decides that she is not going to do any time for accidently killing her business partner in a fight. She will do anything to stay out of jail including lie, cheat and kill if necessary. Her problems compound at each and every step as she tries different things against the government so that she wil not have to face a trail. After Diana's case is thrown out, she wages a legal war with the private investigative agency that researched the case. Diana's actions causes the agency to counter act. The two uses all their resources to bring down the other. In the end, there will be only one winner. Who will that be? Watch as an entire team of private investigators are almost torn apart as they go against one determined woman.
