In a shady storeroom, two good-fellas prepare to initiate their junior partner into the “club”… or so it would seem. But sometimes, things aren’t always what they appear, and this is the premise of KNIT WITS, a five-minute dark comedy by award winning Writer-Director, Warren Eig. Carmine (Robert Costanzo) and Johnny Finger (John Capodice) rendezvous with neophyte good-fella Joey (Darrin Reed) under veiled circumstances. After some poking and prodding, Joey reluctantly agrees to join. And when Carmine and Johnny Finger lead Joey to meet the group, he is in for a surprise. The “club” turns out to be a knitting circle of women led by Knitting Guru, Edith Eig.
