Synopsis
For hundreds of years the Ug tribe roamed the plains of the Gumba Gumba (modern day Madison, WI). Their tribe, once numbering in the thousands, was decimated in the late sixties, when the vast majority of the tribe were assimilated into the hippie culture because, well, smoking pot, listening to music, and discussing politics sure beat hunter-gathering. The bohemian atmosphere of Madison has continued to contribute to the dwindling population of the Ug tribe, which now consists of only two members: the brothers Ug and Ug. They continue to practice the ways of the Ug tribe and all of it’s practices, including the worship of the Birdgods (located on modern day Paterson Street). This is their story.
