Synopsis

Murphy's Law takes over when a slacker (Jack Paradise) runs out of couches to sleep on and decides to take a road trip to find his lost love, but only after tricking his novel-challenged writer and best friend (Peter Jonson) into believing that this trip could be the story he's been searching to write all of his life. Discovering a hidden fetish suit later, a drunk Peter unknowingly agrees to go. A drunk dial to his unethical boss mouthing off top-secret information about the firm’s highest profile client, he sends a bumbling British hit man (Stevenson) to bring Peter back. Everyone has their DOUBTS. When the road to find Rose becomes rocky, they detour to find the old college-confident man inside of Peter; But Paradise must reveal something to Peter might end more than their road-trip. Everyone has their SECRETS. The road beckons white-rapping youth ministers (Hymn-En-Em), shotgun-toting good 'ol boys (Matt), college buddy’s girl-next-door sisters (Jessie), and ex-rapper- turned- fitness-gurus (Big Bunyon), as they trade in Pete's mini-van for a French- Flagged 'General Louvre.' When the dust lifts, they find themselves face to face with their destinies. Time to stop running. Everyone has their MOMENT. Shot in 8 states including California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia, the film was shot amazingly with a seven-person crew, including the three lead actors. With a cast of 60+ actors, this crew has now been dubbed 'The Magnificent Seven.' Everyone has their REASONS. 29 Reasons to Run.

I was lucky enough to view this film at a recent festival. These guys present a story that should be seen by all. This one had me thinking and laughing throughout the film. The acting was superb, and the production value was right along with it. A must see.
